Made out of steel, the Coretech ACL Knee Brace is a lightweight, rigid solution engineered to deliver controlled support and protection during post-operative recovery or rehabilitation following ACL injuries. This double-upright knee orthosis features a polycentric hinge with adjustable flexion (0°–120°) and extension stops (0°–45°), giving clinicians precise control over range-of-motion settings throughout recovery.
Bilateral uprights provide medial-lateral support and rotational control, while integrated valgus and varus angle adjustments ensure optimal stabilization of the knee joint. Four numbered hook-and-loop straps—two on the thigh and two on the calf—simplify application and guarantee secure, consistent placement. All straps and pads are removable and washable, and strap lengths can be trimmed for a customized fit.
